Bright on the eyes and on the mouth, the new rosé is a shrub style ferment. We utilize raw, organic apple cider vinegar (acv) as our base plus cherries which give this drink its beautiful pink hue. The sweetness you are tasting comes from cherries and local raw honey, that’s it! Wrapped up in the acv funk there is an underlying citrus and floral tone from lemon juice, distilled thai lime leaf, and of course, spirits by Confluence Distilling. 8g of sugars from all natural ingredients, you can feel good about what you’re putting in your body.
