Join us at Cold Garden for a 45–60 minute functional workout using kettlebells and bodyweight training designed for all levels.

After class, enjoy a Cold Garden drink of your choice (up to $8 value).

Each participant is also entered into a weekly draw to win a free 1:1 private training session with Coach David!

What to bring:

Water bottle

Sweat rag

Comfortable gym clothes/shoes

A readiness to sweat, laugh, and enjoy community. No experience needed just bring your energy (and maybe a towel). These event dates will be weather dependent, but we’ll be sure to notify and/or refund you if we need to cancel any event date.
