This latest release was brewed in collaboration with our mates down under at Warrandyte Brewing Co. based out of the Melbourne area in Australia. We worked the recipe together via video chat over the past year and each brewed it separately across the Pacific, us here in YYC and them down in Melbourne. We're rolling in to the holiday season on both continents and while it's getting a bit frosty up here in the North, our Aussie friends are heating up as summer approaches in the Southern Hemisphere. We put together a crushable tropical tang sour to be enjoyed on a hot Aussie day, or under the crisp, bright, winter sun in Calgary. It's got a light sour base, conditioned on pineapple and tangerine, and dry-hopped with El Dorado and Galaxy. Fresh and fruity, with medium tartness, it’s damn tropical, and right citrusy y'know?, like tropical tang in a can.

It's got a soft wheat mouthfeel, like snuggling a Koala, and a crisp happy finish like a handshake from a friendly mountie out for a clip clop on a sunny winter day. Available at the brewery in cans and pints, or cans wherever good beer is sold. Grab a coldie, and let er rip eh!
