Cold Garden Vineyards third vintage has landed! Frosé is back!

We partnered with a vineyard from Niagara-on-the-Lake to source the penultimate Chardonnay grapes from the 2023 harvest. Picked from 25 year old vines, the grapes were lively, bright, wise, and full of that good good that makes us wiggle.

They were squeezed in Ontario and the blessed nectar was rushed across the country to land in these wind swept prairies in early October. We have been doting on our little darling for eight months, forgiving the havoc wreaked on our production schedule by tying up a precious fermenter all this time. The juice was worth the squeeze and those vines have given us a light, fruity bouquet, full of stonefruit, citrus, light minerals, and rich florality. And true to form we blasted it into our slush master and turned it into a chilled, icy, party potion. It's delicious, and totally fancy AF. Catch you on the vine party people!
