Welcome to Kraft Beers & Kettlebells 🍺💪

Bring the sweat, and we’ll bring the vibes.

Join us at Cold Garden for a 45–60 minute functional workout using kettlebells and bodyweight training designed for all levels.

After class, enjoy a Cold Garden drink of your choice (up to $8 value).

Each participant is also entered into a weekly draw to win a free 1:1 private training session with Coach David!

What to bring:

Water bottle

Sweat rag

Comfortable gym clothes/shoes

A readiness to sweat, laugh, and enjoy community. No experience needed just bring your energy (and maybe a towel). These event dates will be weather dependent, but we’ll be sure to notify and/or refund you if we need to cancel any event date.

Join us & Paint Gnomes on August 17th at 7:00 p.m!

@GnomenGarden is back with molded concrete gnomes for us again, and we'll have a few cuties to choose from!  Come paint a a gnome to guard your flowers, keep your cat company, or add a whimsical vibe to any space!

Glam on Tap: Sunset Block Party presented by UCalgary Alumni

As the sun goes down in Inglewood the heels grow and the wigs go up! Cold Garden is bringing back GLAM ON TAP! Expect 18+ electric performances from local legends and national stars! Last year we sold out the patio, this year we're taking over the block! There will be vendors, food trucks and your favourite bevies!

Bring your flyest fit and get ready to boogie, get loose with fivers and smile from ear to ear allll niiiight lonnnng! Rain or shine baybay!

Your admission gets you into all of the Glam on Tap festivities, including the stage performance in Gopher Park, the Cold Garden patio, and the Cold Garden taproom. 

Glam on Tap After Party

The celebration doesn't end when the performances do!

Starting at 9:00 PM, the party continues inside the Cold Garden taproom running until 1:30 AM.
