To kick it off, we’re bringing in Brie & Banquet, Calgary’s first cheese and charcuterie focused, grazing caterer. Brie & Banquet specializes in high aesthetics, luxury experience, and damn delicious bites.

For this event we’re focused on exploring the limits of fermented barley and cultured milk; beer and cheese! We’ll be sampling 5 beers (and mayyyybe a bonus or two) specially paired with 10+ cheeses, along with a variety of accompaniments; crackers, butters, breads, and spreads.

Brie & Banquet is bringing the whole farm, the cheese will be stacked high and piled pretty, it’s an all you can cheese affair. Expect to learn a little, and taste a lot!

Katie, the founder of Brie & Banquet is a certified cheese professional, a sommelier, and a master of all things delicious. Katie will be joining Blake, one of the Cold Garden founders, and head of the tasty liquid’s creation department at CG, to host the evening.
