A few months back in the distant memory of summer, to celebrate our 1000th brewday we crafted up an ancient, oft fabled style of beer, forgotten to some, cherished to others, the always beloved Malt Liquor. It’s crisp, bronze, crystal clear, and extremely crushable. Refreshing like dipping your feet in a pure, untouched mountain stream, it tastes like memories. It has a light malt sweetness, and a pristine, crisp body, there is a balanced floral hop bitterness, and a friendly nibble at the end to remind you that you’re in fact not in high school anymore and you’re drinking an 8% malt liquor, so be careful. This is seriously delicious, and aside from the style, is wayyy different than what you remember drinking. It comes in 22oz bottles because we are all craft beer drinking adults now (and it turns out that empty 40 bottles are like super hard to come by these days). We have a 200lb hanging disco flamingo at the taproom, which was the perfect inspiration for the name! Available in the taproom and wherever hilarious beer is sold.
